VP/ GM Corporate Security

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly disciplined and strategic security leader from an Indian Army / Armed Forces / Veteran background to head and strengthen our Corporate Security function.

The role will be responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies to safeguard company assets, leadership personnel, facilities, and operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Security Leadership

• Develop and implement corporate security policies and protocols
• Lead risk assessment and threat analysis across corporate and plant locations
• Establish preventive and emergency response frameworks

Physical & Infrastructure Security

• Oversee security operations at corporate office and other business locations
• Manage access control systems, surveillance (CCTV), and perimeter security
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments

Crisis & Incident Management

• Lead emergency preparedness planning (fire, evacuation, civil disturbance, etc.)
• Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and government authorities

VIP & Executive Protection

• Ensure security arrangements for Directors and senior leadership
• Oversee travel security planning when required

• Vendor & Manpower Management

  • Manage external security agencies and guard deployment
  • Conduct regular training and drills for security personnel
  • Evaluate performance and enforce discipline standards

   Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to statutory security norms
