Job Title: Center Manager – Study Abroad
Location: Citylight, Surat

Job Summary
The Center Manager is responsible for the overall management, growth, and performance of the Study Abroad center. The role includes team handling, student counseling supervision, admissions targets, university coordination, operations management, and revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities
1. Center Operations
● Oversee daily operations of the study abroad center
● Ensure smooth functioning of counseling, admissions, and visa processes
● Maintain quality service standards
2. Student Admissions & Counseling
● Guide and support counselors in student profiling and university selection
● Monitor application, offer, visa, and enrollment processes
● Ensure high conversion rates from inquiry to admission
3. Sales & Target Achievement
● Set and monitor monthly/quarterly revenue targets
● Track lead generation and conversion performance
● Plan promotional activities, seminars, and education fairs
4. Team Management
● Recruit, train, and manage counselors and support staff
● Conduct performance reviews and team meetings
● Motivate team to achieve targets
5. University & Partner Coordination
● Build relationships with international universities and representatives
● Ensure updated knowledge of courses, visa rules, and country guidelines
6. Reporting & Compliance
● Prepare performance reports (leads, applications, visas, revenue)
● Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with visa regulations

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
● 5-6 years of experience in study abroad / education consultancy
● Strong leadership and communication skills
● Sales and target-driven mindset
● Knowledge of major destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe)
