Job Description:

Role & Responsibility

 Supervise day-to-day fabrication activities including cutting, welding,
grinding, and assembly.
 Allocate work to welders, fitters, helpers, and machine operators as per
production plan.
 Ensure production targets are met within specified timelines.
 Monitor quality of fabricated components as per drawings and
specifications.
 Coordinate with Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments for
smooth operations.
 Ensure proper use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
 Maintain production records, daily reports, and manpower attendance.
 Ensure compliance with safety rules, PPE usage, and housekeeping
standards.
 Identify production issues and take corrective actions.
 Train and guide workers to improve productivity and skill level.
 Ensure machines, tools, and jigs are used properly and report
breakdowns.
 Follow ISO / company procedures and discipline on shop floor.
