Location - Surat

Job Description 

1. End-to-End Recruitment

   • Handle full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

   • Understand job requirements from hiring managers.

2. Sourcing & Screening

   • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

   • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.

3. Interview Coordination

   • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.

   • Conduct initial HR screening interviews.

4. Candidate Management

   • Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

   • Provide timely feedback and follow-up with candidates.

5. Offer & Joining Process

   • Manage salary negotiation and offer rollout.

   • Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.

6. Reporting & MIS

   • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring records.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals like Naukri, LinkedIn.

• Good understanding of hiring processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
