Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with clients via email, phone, and meetings to ensure smooth communication
Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and reports
Handle day-to-day operational tasks related to sales and client servicing
Maintain client records, order details, and internal databases
Ensure timely coordination between sales, operations, and other internal teams
Resolve client queries and provide regular status updates
