Job Description:

We are looking for a highly dedicated and relationship-driven Senior Sales Manager
to manage and develop our existing customer portfolio. This is a key role where the
candidate will be responsible for building long-term trust with customers,
understanding their needs, and helping them grow their business. The ideal
candidate will be exceptionally strong in communication, sales conversion,
relationship management, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide valuable business insights to help
them grow.
• Increase current business volume (aim to grow sales from current baseline to
2X).
• Maintain long-term trust and ensure customer retention.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct regular follow-ups, meetings, and communication with clients
(calls/visits).
• Travel within Gujarat and other states when required (Domestic business
tours).
• Maintain and manage the assigned customer portfolio effectively.

Required Skills & Qualities
• Fluent in Hindi, English, and Gujarati (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong relationship-building and customer handling abilities.
• Ability to understand client business needs and suggest meaningful solutions.
• High level of loyalty, integrity, and professional maturity.
• Stable career history with long tenure in previous roles (preferably 8+ years
in a single organization or overall stable work experience).
• Proven experience in sales and customer account management.

• Candidates with demonstrated customer retention and sales growth
achievements will be preferred.
Work Environment
• Primarily office-based role in Rajkot.
• Occasional travel for customer meetings and business development within
India.
