Job Description :
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Lead Generation & Field Sales Representative. This role requires a dynamic professional who can actively identify new leads, nurture relationships, and close sales.

Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits.
- Customer Meetings: Meet with potential customers in the field, present and demonstrate our product, and address customer needs.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads, answer questions, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Closing Sales: Successfully close sales by negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to effectively position our products.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Perform any other duties or assignments as requested by management.
