Position: Flutter Developer (Android/iOS)
Location: On-site, Surat Branch
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time (1 Year + 3 Months Legal Agreement)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Flutter Developer with strong expertise in native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift) development. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of assigned projects — from planning to final delivery — ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes without excuses.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, scalable mobile applications using Flutter, Kotlin/Java, and Swift.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver robust, efficient solutions.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Take full ownership of project tasks — from development to deployment — with accountability.
• Perform bug fixes, performance improvements, and version updates.
• Stay up to date with new mobile technologies and apply best practices to improve development efficiency.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
• Proven expertise in Flutter with published apps or demonstrable project experience.
• Strong knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and design patterns (e.g., Provider, Bloc, MVVM).
• Experience with SQLite/local databases, offline storage, and data synchronization.
• Proficiency with Firebase services (Push Notifications, Analytics, Authentication, Crashlytics).
• Strong sense of UI/UX design and adaptive layout implementation.
• Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and dependable — takes full responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills for client interactions and independent project handling.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies.
