Responsibilities :
 
 generating leadsbuilding client relationships, and managing property sales cycles from showing to closing.
 
Location : SG Highway, Ahmedabad.
 
 
 
Key duties involve understanding market trends, developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process. 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Client and lead management: Generate new leads, manage relationships with existing clients, and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Property sales: Conduct property tours, present properties to potential clients, and manage the entire sales cycle to completion.
  • Sales strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Negotiation and closing: Negotiate the terms and conditions of sales agreements and close deals.
  • Marketing and promotion: Participate in marketing activities, promote new listings through social media, and handle marketing materials.
  • Administrative tasks: Input data into CRM systems, prepare sales reports for management, and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Market expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including local conditions and industry trends.
