Job Description:
We are seeking a visionary Changemaker to serve as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for
Kalamandir Jewellers Limited and its subsidiaries. In an era of rapid digital disruption and
retail evolution, we need a high-impact leader who has "played the long game," demonstrating
resilience and a proven track record of building iconic brands. As a strategic pillar of the
leadership team, you will be responsible for elevating Kalamandir into a globally recognized
luxury brand, driving omni-channel growth, and crafting a brand narrative that supports our
journey toward an IPO and public market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Equity & IPO Narrative
● Global Positioning: Transition the brand from a regional powerhouse to a globally trusted
luxury name, emphasizing heritage, craftsmanship, and institutional trust.
● Strategic Storytelling: Develop high-decibel campaigns that resonate with investors and
consumers alike, ensuring the brand’s value proposition is clear ahead of public listing.
● Celebrity & Influence: Strategize and manage high-profile collaborations with brand
ambassadors and global influencers to amplify brand reach.
Omni-Channel & Digital Dominance
● E-commerce Growth: Spearhead the growth of the online retail division, specifically
focusing on scaling "small-ticket" jewelry items to capture the millennial and Gen-Z
demographic.
● Digital Performance: Lead high-ROI digital initiatives across SEO, SEM, and social
media, ensuring a seamless journey between the online storefront and the physical
showrooms.
● Customer Loyalty: Design and implement data-driven loyalty programs that leverage
deep analytics to enhance customer lifetime value (LTV).
Business Expansion & Retail Innovation
● Strategic Expansion: Identify and secure prime retail opportunities, including high-visibility
airport outlets and luxury mall placements.
● Exhibition Leadership: Orchestrate the brand’s presence at premier national and
international exhibitions, ensuring world-class visual merchandising and customer
engagement.
● Competitor Intel: Maintain a "War Room" approach to market research, identifying
competitor moves and emerging trends before they hit the mainstream.
Financial Accountability & Leadership
● Marketing ROI: Manage significant marketing budgets with a focus on financial efficiency,
ensuring every rupee spent contributes to top-line growth and brand equity.
● Team Mentorship: Build and lead a high-performance marketing engine, fostering a

Qualifications and Education Requirements
● MBA in Marketing or a related field from a premier institute.
● 15+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a CMO or Head of Marketing role,
preferably in Luxury Retail, Jewellery, or high-end Lifestyle brands.
● Demonstrated success in scaling e-commerce platforms and driving digital transformation.
● Experience in retail expansion and managing multi-location marketing operations.
