IT Hardware Sales (Ghana)
Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Hardware Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and selling IT hardware products like Network switches, routers, LAN/fiber cables, CCTV, biometrics, access control, Epson products & accessories, UPS & Power Products (Including Solar Products) etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT hardware solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- 3 -7 years of proven sales experience in IT hardware
- Knowledge of IT hardware products (servers, PCs, laptops, networking devices, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
