a. Eligibility:
i. Graduate in agriculture domain
ii. 10-15 years’ experience in Agri sector
iii. Fluent in local language
iv. Preferably local candidate
v. Should have clear track record of performance
vi. Currently should be working on ASM or above position for at least last 1 year

Responsible for Budget Planning and Target Achievement
Sales team handling
Expanding into new geographies
Expanding franchisee network and increasing dealer share of wallet
Ensuring marketing campaign planning and execution – farmer meetings, dealer meets, one to one visit, exhibitions
Trial Plot Execution, Data Collections and Product Promotion
Handling existing dealer network, troubleshooting queries
Farmer Lead Generation through On Field Activities
Creating Affiliates to increase sales
Visit KVK, FPOs, Institutes, Mandis etc. to Boost Sales
Providing Agri Know How to the Farmers
MIS handling
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting
