Role Overview

We are looking for creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designers to join our growing design team. Depending on your experience level, you will contribute to brand development, marketing collateral, website and app UI design, infographics, motion graphics, and emerging digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, and engineering teams to create impactful visual communication across multiple platforms.

Senior Designers will take ownership of design strategy, brand consistency, and mentoring junior team members, while Junior Designers will support design execution and develop their skills through hands-on project experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Design marketing and brand assets including social media creatives, advertisements, presentations, proposals, RFP/tender documents, and event collateral.
* Create and maintain website and application UI designs using modern design principles.
* Develop infographics and visual content that simplify complex technology concepts such as AI, Blockchain, IoT, FinTech, and E-Governance.
* Ensure consistency across all visual communication through adherence to brand guidelines and design systems.
* Adapt and optimize designs across multiple formats, platforms, and channels.
* Organize and maintain design assets, files, and component libraries.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality creative output.
* Incorporate feedback efficiently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Designers

* Lead the development and evolution of the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
* Design advanced web experiences, including 3D interfaces using Framer and Spline.
* Create reusable design systems and component libraries.
* Mentor junior designers, review creative output, and maintain design quality standards.
* Partner with stakeholders to drive creative direction and project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Junior Graphic Designer

* 1–2 years of graphic/UI design experience (internships, freelance projects, or full-time experience considered).
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Proficiency in Figma.
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual design fundamentals.
* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow.

Senior Graphic Designer

* 4+ years of professional graphic/UI design experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or agency environments.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
* Strong expertise in Figma, UI/UX design, and design systems.
* Experience with Framer and Spline for interactive web and 3D design.
* Motion design capabilities using After Effects.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and mentor team members.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience or interest in Blockchain, Web3, AI, or other emerging technologies.
* Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, or short-form video production.
* Familiarity with designing for technology, SaaS, enterprise, government, or public-sector clients.
* Understanding of front-end development constraints and collaboration with engineering teams.
* Exposure to 3D design tools and interactive digital experiences.
