Job Summary:

Susha Founders & Engineers is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Officer to manage and streamline the administrative operations of our plant and office facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration within a manufacturing or industrial environment and will ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative tasks across the plant and office premises.

  • Oversee procurement and inventory of office and factory supplies; maintain stock records and issue logs.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility management, equipment servicing, and utility support.

  • Supervise infrastructure upkeep including cleaning, repair, maintenance, and security.

  • Oversee factory premises such as the canteen, parking areas, housekeeping, and general maintenance.

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and overtime; assist HR in handling related documentation.

  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and accommodation for employees and guests.

  • Ensure maintenance and functionality of office equipment and facilities.

  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Provide administrative support to HR and Accounts departments as required.

  • Enforce workplace cleanliness, safety, and security protocols.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).

  • Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

  • Knowledge of factory safety and compliance standards is an advantage.
