Job Description:
  1. Assistant Manager - Lead Generation
  • Location: Surat, Gujarat
  • Experience: 3-5 years (Preferred in sales, business development, or tele-calling within the building material/construction industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential leads within the construction industry (contractors, architects, developers, etc.).
    • Use cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to engage potential clients.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of leads for the sales team.
  2. Lead Qualification:
    • Assess leads based on budget, timeline, project scope, and decision-making authority.
    • Keep the lead database updated with accurate contact details and status.
    • Follow up with leads to progress them through the sales funnel.
  3. Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with the regional sales team to align business priorities.
    • Educate potential clients about Magicrete's products and services.
    • Schedule meetings, product demos, and client interactions for the sales team.
  4. Reporting & Market Insights:
    • Track and report lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline progression.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Proficiency in outbound calling (60-70 calls per day).
  • Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

 

Executive - Lead Generation (2 Positions)

  • Location: Surat, Gujarat
  • Experience: 1-3 years (Preferred in sales, business development, or tele-calling within the building material/construction industry)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation:
    • Identify and contact potential leads in the construction sector.
