We are seeking a Sales Representative who not only excels in sales but also understands design, branding, and has a strong passion for sustainability. If you love connecting with businesses, educating them on eco-friendly solutions, and helping them make the switch to sustainable packaging, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential clients (e.g., e-commerce brands, influencers, and businesses) to promote sustainable packaging solutions.
Understand client needs and suggest packaging options that align with their branding and sustainability goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Stay updated on the latest design trends in packaging and sustainability innovations.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to provide client feedback and improve product offerings.
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving conversions and closing deals.
Educate clients on the environmental benefits of switching to eco-friendly packaging.
Requirements:
Passion for sustainability and a deep understanding of eco-friendly materials.
Knowledge of branding & design – ability to understand how packaging affects a brand’s image.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Prior experience in sales, e-commerce, or packaging (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
