Job Description:

Job Role / Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Support: Act as a technical resource for the sales team, providing detailed insights into our solar solutions and their commercial benefits.
  2. 2. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their energy needs and advise on customized solar solutions, including solar-wind hybrid options.
  3. 3. Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of technical proposals, including system design, project feasibility, and cost estimates, ensuring they meet both client needs and budget constraints.
  4. 4. ROI & Financial Analysis: Conduct financial modelling, ROI calculations, and costbenefit analysis to illustrate project value and support sales negotiations.
  5.  Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar and hybrid energy solutions, including new technologies and industry trends, to effectively communicate value to clients.
  6. 6. Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Coordinate with the engineering and project management teams to align sales proposals with technical capabilities and project timelines.
  7. . Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Keep track of market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Key requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in a techno-commercial role within the renewable energy sector, with strong sales-oriented responsibilities

Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of solar energy solutions, especially hybrid solarwind systems. Proficiency in design tools like PVsyst, Helioscope, or equivalent is a plus

Commercial Insight: Strong understanding of financial analysis, cost estimations, and ROI calculations for renewable energy projects.
