Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Act as single point of contact to facilitate to all Admin support to all HODs, Employees, external vendor, and other stake holders
  • Deliver assigned projects on time, on controlled budgeted guidelines, and achieve excellent customer experience
  • Ensure employee requests are addressed within 24 hours of TAT
  • Quick response time and deadline provide healthy work environment through ESAT Feedback analysis by meeting HODS & Employees
  • Ensure great employee experience and satisfaction of all internal stake holders means of effective, prompt, good quality admin services
  • Optimization of General Administration cost by ensuring the cost-effective measures on each project assigned
  • Less response time, Standard Vendor selection with best quality of services within optimum cost
  • Complete the projects assigned within the TAT from assigned to close date
  • Come up with cost effective new innovative ideas with no service interruptions which can be practical and feasible to implement on the ground
  • Develop & Ensure systematic, documented SOPs along with check list are developed across General admin operations processes
  • Strongly Monitor & Control the effectiveness of implementation of General admin processes on the ground as per the Admin SOP guidelines
  • Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly check and verification of activates like Physical security records, House keeping surprise visits monthly twice
  • Quarterly Audit of all Physical maintenance of all equipment's and appliances
  • Maintain, Monitor cross verify the Vendor records & service cards as per the terms and agreements
  • Ensure the ISO 27001 Policies are designed and followed across the organization
  • Plan, execute and monitor various projects related to new office space expansion as per management’s vision Ensure great employee experience across all admin areas
  • Standardize the overall procurement process in Stationary, Event support, housekeeping material, Printing, gift, food and beverages, Travel, hotel accommodation, Infrastructure
  • All monthly activity to be monitored regularly
  • Employee relations & Government loosening. Focusing on Employee & Public Retentions to ensure flawless operations
