Job Description:

What will I be doing?

 Improve the data quality and maximize the usage of our CRM tool.
 Track sales engagement and activity, bridging the gap between Sales and
Marketing
 Support the Sales teams by performing administrative-related tasks.
 Ensure all supporting documents have been completed liaising with customers for
Purchase Order completion.
 Support sales colleagues with customers engagement forms- liaising with
customers to get these completed and sent to the Project Management.
 Provide Ad-hoc analysis and reporting for Sales leaders & teams.
 Assist Sales with CRM issues: quoting, contract, and opportunity issues.
 Work closely with the Sales Development Representative team to ensure processes
are being followed in terms of CRM data input

 

 Support the Project Management team during busy times of the year, ie End of
Month, End of Quarter, with order loading.

What will I bring to the role?

 Experience with D365 CRM platform.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) 
 Experience working in a Sales environment and managing multiple stakeholders. 
 Good organization, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

 Desirable but not a necessity - Dynamics Sales Administrator certificate
