Qualification
ITI in Mechanical (Fitter) – Mandatory
Experience :- 1+Year
Salary :- 25K

Experience in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or API / Intermediate manufacturing industries preferred

Key Responsibilities

Perform repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment used in chemical manufacturing plants
Carry out preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities
Troubleshoot and overhaul mechanical components such as:

Motors
Transmission systems
Engines
Pumps and rotating equipment

Work on plant equipment such as:

Reactors
Centrifuges (CF)
Vacuum Tray Dryer (VTD)
Other process equipment
Follow all safety procedures, maintenance protocols, and company policies
Coordinate and work closely with the service and maintenance team

Report maintenance activities and equipment status to:

Project Engineer
Plant In-charge
Supervisor
Inform management regarding spare parts, lubricants, and consumables requirements
Maintain tools and instruments properly and ensure correct handling

*Required Skills*

Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills
Knowledge of chemical plant equipment maintenance
Familiarity with tools, instruments, and maintenance procedures
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work under pressure and in plant environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
