Core Responsibilities:

  • Shape the future: Define the Automation/AI/GenAI vision, aligning it with company goals and digital transformation.
  • Deliver impactful solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and architect scalable AI solutions, leveraging cloud platforms and products for enhanced developer and business productivity.
  • Drive Automation initiatives: Lead Proof-of-Concepts, establish best practices, and deliver positive ROI on automation implementations.
  • Expert leadership: Provide technical expertise, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee projects from concept to deployment.
  • Continuous learning: Champion knowledge sharing and stay at the forefront of AI and Automation advancements.

 

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience with application architecture analysis, design, and delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in machine learning model development, natural language processing, and data analysis; Experienced in Supervised and Unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.
  • Use ML and Generative AI tools, LLM and other technologies to design, evangelize, and implement state-of-the-art solutions for never-before-solved problems.
  • Define and implement best practices for building, testing, and deploying scalable AI and Automation solutions.
  • Drive successful business outcomes for educating, training, designing and building cloud hosted AI and Automation solutions.
  • Familiarity with architecture for large-scale data processing and modeling
  • Interact with customers directly to understand the business problem, help and aid them in implementation of their AI and Automation ecosystem.
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills, specifically a proven ability to effectively guide and influence within a dynamic matrix environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
