US Accounting Supervisor
Job Description:
- Lead the Team of 5-6 members including Sr. Accountant, Bookkeepers & General Accountant
- At least 5-10 years of experience in US Accounting including 5 years supervisor role
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skill
- Excellent skill in Excel
- Knowledge of ERP System, MS Dynamics Business Central 365 would be an asset
- Preparation for Quarterly Financial Reports for the Group of companies
- Preparation of Monthly financial
- Prepare consolidated Financials
- Monitoring & processing of Payables
- DME Revenue reports and DME COGS Reports from Brightree Software on Monthly basis
- Intercompany transactions & reconciliations
- Inventory management in Brightree & MicroSoft Dynamics Business Central ERP System
- Filing of different taxes on monthly & quarterly in US for different states
- Proficient with one of the Tier 1 ERP System or MS Dynamics Business Central
- Ability to train other team members in Accounting
- Review of payroll for US, Mexico, Canada & Philippine's companies
- Bank reconciliation
- All other general accounting tasks
- Reconciling Inventory & make adjustments
- Experience working in KPO/BPO is an advantage
- Experience with Brightree Software & Medical/ Healthcare Industry would be an added advantage
