CRM & Lead Management Executive

Job Description:

Context: through our event participation (exhibitions, conferences), business meetings, marketing efforts and the recently introduced digital marketing, Kamal Medtech receives several potential sales leads, opportunities of collaborations etc. ---- all of these are vital for business continuity and growth. We are unable to effectively capture these opportunities in a central database with actionable dashboards through a dedicated system. As a result, while we invest very substantially in terms of finances, efforts and time, the end results are not commensurate.

Requirement: to invest in a dedicated CRM and lead management resource who will capture the data on real time basis, reach out to potential customers, connect / direct the query received to a senior leader in the two business verticles of dental implants and interventional cardiology.

Location: Kamal Medtech, Hansalaya, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi 110 001

Candidate & Responsibilities:

• A female candidate, well versed in spoken English.
• Must have previous experience in the area of focus, demonstrate the ability to efficiently use relevant software including Excel.
• Mine, manage and document data on a daily basis. Create daily MIS reports.
• Confidently engage with senior management and potential customers/business associates.
• Should be capable of making cold calls to prospect business.
• Should have a mature and balanced attitude of taking ownership and responsibility.
• The resource will proactively (per brief) engage with key business external stakeholders, be expected to attend key events.
• Should be willing to travel.
