• Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive performance
marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across both online and offline
channels, with a primary focus on Meta, Google Ads and other biddable media platforms.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to meet key performance
indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), and conversion rates,
ensuring seamless integration between online and offline efforts.
• Audience Research and Segmentation: Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to
effectively target relevant demographics and interests, enhancing both digital and physical store
campaigns.
• Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and
generate actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all marketing efforts.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product,
retail operations, and analytics, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure
cohesive strategies across online and offline platforms.
• Industry and Best Practices: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in
both digital and traditional marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
