Job Description:
  • Provide excellent customer service both at entry and exit levels, escort them to relevant counters/ floors.
  • Be interactive with customers whether in person or on the phone
  • Capable of creating a bonding with customers and conversion to DPP scheme.
  • Should be excited to help customers and/or their queries.
  • Qualification :- Graduate or Intermediate in any stream (with relevant experience)
  • Communication, Persuance & Influence, Relationship Building, Customer Focus, Resilience & Persistence, Result Orientation, Adaptability, Integrity & Ethics, Teamwork
  • (Female candidates preferred. Should have speaking fluency in Hindi & Odia).
