Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Organization team and play a crucial role in helping our clients find the right talent. In this role, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment efforts, from understanding our clients' hiring needs to delivering high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various industries and strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
  • Build a strong network of candidates, both active and passive, across different industries.
  • Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, evaluating their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit with clients.
  • Manage the entire candidate assessment process, including skills testing and reference checks.
  • Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.
  • Coordinate with clients and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and job opportunities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on non-IT positions.
  • Strong understanding of the non-IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
