Responsibility:
Data Entry:- Bank Payment and Cash Payment. Maintain Daily cash book., ERP Implementation :- Data Entry Bank Payment and Cash Payment & Payment to Supplier & Govt. authorities , Employee Etc. checking with Tally Software.
GST: GST Reconciliation, Monthly and Annual Return Filling, Matching and uploading of all kinds of GST Return and proper mechanism of keeping track of non Fillers / custom rebates / GST Refunds, etc
Reconciliation:- Salary Advance , Debtors, Creditors, Service Providers, L.I.C., Loan , Salary Payable, Bonus etc. with HR/Purchase/Marketing and other concerned Department..
Payment : P.F., E.S.I.C., T.D.S., G.S.T.,P.T., Advance Tax ,Raw Material , Consumable, Transporter, Vendors , Agent, Cash Payment, Salary , Wages, Etc.
Documentation: for bank ( L.C., B.G., Forward Contracts, Term Loan, F.D.R, Renewals, Subsidy, etc.) & closed all the thing as per term & condition of bank / Concerned Department

IMPORTANT CRITERIA /SKILL-
· 8-12 Years’ experience in industrial marketing (b2b- preferably direct sales), & that too working in company and not at dealer/distributor level.
· Good communication skills. Good written English. Average spoken English.
Responsibilities Of RM
· RM Will be Responsible for Achieving Sales Target and for increasing the share of business amongst existing customers and also for identifying new customers and bringing business from them. For the defined zone with the help of region managers &/or business associates working in that zone.
· Overnight Travel outside Indore will be 15 days in a month (min.)
