Recruitment:
• Screening & short-listing of CVs, interview scheduling, and conducting profile-specific tests & interviews.
• Planning, coordinating and executing the end-to-end pre-recruitment, recruitment and appointment processes.
• Ensure that recruitment of resources are well within the predefined turn-around-time.
• Prepare the documentation and joining formalities of new employees.
• Submit periodical reports (Daily Inputs Reports & Weekly Achievement Report) as well suggestions to the reporting head.
• Education : Any Graduate
• Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment & retention.
• Location: Panjugutta, Hyderabad.
