Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive and integrated digital marketing strategies that align with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Manage and oversee all digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
- Coordinate with adjacent functions like Brand Management, Call Centre and also Stores-team
- Plan and execute effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, engagement, and ROI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for optimization and develop actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and overall digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, graphic designers, developers, and external agencies, to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and user experience across all digital channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and apply them to enhance the organization's digital marketing strategies, including CRM, Chatbot, WhatsApp for Business, AI, ML and other MarTech tools & newage Tech
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and manage online reputation and brand presence, responding to customer feedback or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing, ensuring compliance in all activities
- Lead Development, Management, Maintenance & Upgrade of the Company Website with a clear roadmap for eCommerce/Webstore soon.
