- Bank Guarantee Preparation
- Loan Document / Mortgage deed Reading
- Vendor Payments
- Finance Proposals
- Maintaining data of Group Debts
- Project Valuation
- Project Insurance
- Coordination with other departments for required data
- Coordination with Lenders / Bankers
- Maintaining RBI Compliances.
Skill set
- Should have real estate exposure
- Should be technically sound with thorough background of Finance
- Should have basics & fundamentals clear
- Should be well versed with MS Excel, MS Word, Tally ERP 9 etc.
- Believes in teamwork & taking ownership of job role
- Should have a great eye for details & be a keen observer
