*Role Overview:*
We are looking for an experienced Branch Head who can independently manage and lead the overall branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage overall branch operations, sales, service and project activities.
• Drive business development, revenue growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and business partners.
• Lead, manage and motivate the branch team.
• Oversee project execution, customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, collections and business targets.

*Preferred Candidate Profile:*
• Minimum 8+ years of experience.
• Strong leadership, business development and operational management skills.
• Experience in handling teams, key accounts and branch-level responsibilities.
• Candidates with prior Branch Head, Branch Manager or Regional Manager experience will be preferred.
