About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-driven.
Sales Manager to lead sales and business-development activities for
interior design, construction, and related services.
The role will be responsible for generating and converting high-quality
leads, managing key client relationships, driving revenue, and guiding the sales team toward monthly and quarterly targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage sales activities for residential and commercial interior design, construction, and related projects.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Generate new business through market visits, referrals, networking, digital platforms, partnerships, and existing client
relationships.
* Identify and develop relationships with high-value residential, commercial, corporate, and institutional clients.
* Handle client meetings, understand project requirements, and present suitable interior/design and project solutions.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to quotation, negotiation, closure, and handover.
* Conduct and coordinate site visits, client presentations, quotations, and commercial discussions.
* Negotiate pricing, scope, and commercial terms while protecting project profitability.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, contractors, real-estate professionals
