Job Description:

Supervise daily site activities and manage site manpower.
Ensure work is completed as per project drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
Monitor material usage and daily work progress.
Ensure compliance with site safety rules and PPE requirements.
Maintain daily progress reports and site records.

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience: Relevant site supervision experience in EPC projects.

Required Skills
Strong site supervision and team management skills.
Good understanding of technical drawings and site execution procedures.
Knowledge of construction quality and safety practices.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
Good reporting, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
