Job Opening – Liaisoning Executive

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad
Landmark: Near Nikol Police Station
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Liaisoning Executive to support the smooth execution and commissioning of solar projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government utility companies, internal departments, customers, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project approvals and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage solar project registration, applications, approvals, and related documentation.

• Coordinate with UGVCL, MGVCL, DGVCL, PGVCL, and Torrent for end-to-end net-metering processes.

• Handle coordination related to net-meter applications, agreements, meter installation, and project commissioning.

• Liaise with various internal departments including Engineering, Project, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support.

• Monitor project progress and ensure execution as per defined timelines.

• Coordinate with customers regarding project-related documentation and requirements.

• Assist customers with loan application processes through Government and Private Banks.

• Follow up with concerned authorities, departments, and stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and completion.

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, applications, approvals, and project status reports.

• Ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• Strong liaisoning and coordination skills.

• Good knowledge of documentation and government approval processes.

• Strong follow-up and communication skills.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external stakeholders.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.

• Candidates with experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, EPC, or Government Liaisoning will be preferred.
