Key Responsibilities (Job Description)
- Drive new customer acquisition to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
- Lead business development initiatives across the full range of products, services, and solutions.
- Identify, develop, and grow new markets while strengthening presence in existing markets.
- Plan and organize awareness campaigns, seminars, and promotional events for customers and prospects.
- Ensure timely payment collection and manage payment recovery processes.
- Monitor and report competitor activities, market trends, and industry insights.
Key Skills
- Strong industrial knowledge, Industrial geographical knowledge
- Knowledge of industrial PPE & equipment, selling knowledge, Safety is preferable.
- Experience in hardcore industrial sales
