Senior Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Preferred Experience: Big 4 accounting firms
Budget: Up to ₹90,000 per month for Fresher CAs and ₹75,000 per month for Senior Accountants

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Financial Analyst with a strong understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to work in a US Accounting environment. Candidates with relevant post-qualification experience, preferably from Big 4 firms, will be preferred. Freshly qualified CAs and experienced Senior Accountants with relevant accounting knowledge may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle accounting and financial reporting activities in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Support general ledger accounting, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.

• Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and accounting documentation.

• Work on US Accounting processes and adhere to applicable accounting standards and procedures.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data and account balances.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of accounting deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2–3 years of relevant experience.

• Prior experience with a Big 4 accounting firm will be an added advantage.

• Candidates must be comfortable working in a US Accounting environment.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliations.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.

• Freshly qualified CAs and experienced Senior Accountants may also be considered based on their relevant skills and experience.

Compensation

• Fresher CA: Up to ₹90,000 per month.

• Senior Accountant: Up to ₹75,000 per month.

• Experienced CA: Compensation as per experience and suitability, within the approved budget.
