E-Commerce Executive - Flipkart & Firstcry

ABOUT THIS ROLE
- We are scaling our Flipkart and Firstcry presence rapidly across multiple brands. We need two
dedicated executives who can own the platform end to end, independently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage listings, catalogue, and inventory on Flipkart Seller Hub / Firstcry Seller Panel
- Handle tickets - returns, cancellations, disputes, and escalations
- Run and optimise platform ads - Flipkart Ads, Firstcry promotions
- Monitor seller scorecard, ratings, and compliance metrics daily
- Coordinate with warehouse for order fulfilment and return processing
- Execute platform deals and sale events - BBD, Big Shopping Days, Firstcry sales
- Create and update catalogues - images, descriptions, specifications
- Analyse weekly sales data and share actionable insights
- Manage Flipkart Smart Fulfilment (FSF) inventory where applicable
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years experience on Flipkart Seller Hub - listing, ads, account management
- Knowledge of Firstcry seller panel is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of catalogue management and category requirements
- Ability to handle returns, tickets, and seller support independently
- Good analytical skills - Excel / Sheets for reporting
- Self-driven and able to manage the platform with minimal supervision
