Job Description:
Role: Sales Coordinator
Location: Plot No. 700, 3/A, 40 Shed Area, Phase 3, GIDC, Vapi, Gujarat – 396195
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Experience: 2–5 years in Sales Coordination / Dispatch / Logistics / Order Processing
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field
Responsibilities:
- Order processing and coordination with Production, Store & Logistics teams
- Preparing Sales Invoices, Delivery Challans, E-Way Bills
- Arranging transportation for timely dispatch
- Tracking orders and updating the Sales Team
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in Manufacturing, Paint, Chemical, Packaging, or Industrial product companies
- Knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and dispatch documentation
