Job Description:

We are hiring a Regional  Sales Manger with experience in the diamond and jewellery industry to join our growing team in Mumbai.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B diamond sales, particularly on platforms like Rapaport Trade, and must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. This role requires an individual who is results-driven, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Drive direct sales of diamonds/jewellery through Rapaport Trade and other digital B2B platforms.
• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Manage inquiries, convert leads, and deliver excellent pre- and post-sales support.
• Monitor and report on sales KPIs and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. 

 

 

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in diamond/jewellery sales (B2B).
• Proven track record in online sales, preferably via Rapaport Trade.
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Background in Gems & Jewellery, Export Houses, or diamond trading platforms.
• Understanding of diamond grading and certification standards.
