Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage and coordinate service activities for industrial machinery. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling service engineers, handling customer service requests, maintaining service records, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule service engineers for installation, maintenance, and breakdown visits
  • Handle customer service requests, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
  • Maintain service call records, reports, AMC data, and customer databases
  • Prepare quotations for spare parts, service visits, and AMC contracts
  • Coordinate with production, stores, and technical teams for spare parts availability
  • Track pending service issues and ensure timely closure of complaints
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports
  • Maintain documentation related to machine installations and service history
  • Support invoicing and payment follow-up related to service activities
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments

Required Skills

  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of service operations and customer handling
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and service management software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic technical understanding of industrial machines and spare parts
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills

Qualification

  • Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
  • MBA/Technical coordination experience will be an added advantage

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in machine manufacturing, engineering, automation, or industrial equipment companies
  • Prior experience in service coordination, customer support, or after-sales service operations
