Role Overview:

The VOB Field Expert – Street plays a crucial role in onboarding, training, and supporting drivers in their assigned territory. The expert will be responsible for field operations, driver engagement, issue resolution, and ensuring FTV (First Trip Volume) conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Driver Onboarding & Engagement

● Engage with driver-partners (DPs) and onboard them onto the platform.

● Educate drivers on incentives, platform benefits, compliance, and earning potential.

● Ensure smooth ID unblocking and activation processes for new drivers.

● Work closely with sloggers TLs to ensure seamless onboarding

2.Field Operations & Issue Resolution

● Provide real-time support to drivers facing operational challenges.

● Ensure drivers complete their FT (First trips in 7 days) milestone.

● Coordinate with the Support team to resolve escalations quickly.

3.Compliance & Performance Tracking

● Follow assigned beat plans and meet performance targets.

● Monitor and track FTV conversions, identifying gaps and improvement areas.

4.Reporting & Coordination

● Maintain daily reports on onboarding, activations, and driver feedback.

● Share insights with the City TL & Regional TL to improve street performance.

● Collaborate with different teams for smooth execution of street operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

● 0-2 years of experience in field operations, onboarding, or customer engagement.

● Strong communication skills in local language & Hindi/English.

● Ability to handle on-field challenges and provide quick resolutions.

● Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining reports.

● Prior experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or mobility sectors is a plus
