Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables. The candidate will coordinate with vendors, support sourcing operations, and ensure timely material availability for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinate with vendors for timely dispatch of materials
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure smooth coordination with warehouse and transport teams
• Assist in vendor negotiations for pricing, timelines, and commercial terms
• Coordinate material pickups and delivery schedules across vendors
• Ensure GRN and IQC processes are completed within defined timelines
• Verify invoices and coordinate with internal teams for payment processing
• Support procurement planning for ongoing and upcoming product requirements
• Assist in sourcing vendors for packaging, skincare, beauty care, and personal care products
• Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation accurately

Required Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement / Sourcing
• Prior experience in Personal Care, Skincare, Beauty Care, Cosmetics, or FMCG industry preferred
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, GRN, inventory, and invoice coordination
• Good negotiation and vendor coordination skills
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
