JOB BRIEF

Product promotions for food, Pharma, and other related industries and actively participating in sales promotion activities.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Manage the technical and commercial aspects of the company's products and services.
  2.  Work closely with technical teams to ensure that products and services meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  3.  Work along with sales and marketing teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
  5. Provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Prepare presentations for Customers to be given in the seminars/meetings organized

EDUCATION Educational Qualification:

B.Sc. Biotech/ B. Pharmacy/ M Pharmacy / B Sc. Microbiology/ M Sc. Microbiology

 

EXPERIENCE Minimum Experience: - 1-2 years / Fresher BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS Behavioural Skills:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and solve complex business problems.
  3.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

  2. Strong technical knowledge of poultry production, nutrition, genetics, and health management.
  3.  Understanding of business, sales, and marketing principles to drive effective strategies and plans.

  6. . Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to identify market trends and opportunities.
  7. . Ability to provide technical support and training to internal teams and customers.
  8. . Knowledge of software and hardware development to manage technical aspects of the company's products and services
