Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Executive – Pricing to handle ocean freight rate procurement and pricing strategies for export shipments. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and coordination with internal teams to ensure cost-effective and efficient shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Negotiate ocean freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and freight forwarders
* Manage FCL export bookings, including container planning and space allocation
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, NVOCCs, and logistics partners
* Monitor freight market trends, rate fluctuations, and capacity to optimize pricing and procurement costs
* Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
* Prepare and share competitive pricing/quotations with internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation standards, and company policies
* Track vendor performance and ensure service quality
