Hiring NSO Manager - Ahmedabad

Position: NSO Manager – New Store Opening
*Location: Gota - near SG Highway, Ahmedabad*
Department: Operations / Implementation

About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional who will be responsible for end-to-end execution of new store setups and launches. This role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure stores are launched on time, within budget, and fully operational from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage complete new store opening (NSO) lifecycle from site finalization to launch
* Evaluate site readiness including space, utilities, and feasibility
* Coordinate with interior, branding, and equipment vendors for store setup
* Oversee machine installation, testing, and trial runs
* Ensure all pre-launch activities such as hiring, training, and trial operations are completed
* Monitor project timelines and budget to avoid delays or overruns
* Handle store launch activities and ensure smooth initial operations
* Manage multiple store opening projects simultaneously
* Ensure smooth handover to operations team

Key Requirements
* Experience in new store opening / store setup / retail expansion / project execution
* Background from retail, QSR, franchise, or similar industries preferred
* Strong experience in vendor coordination and site execution
* Good understanding of store setup, fit-out, and launch processes
* Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and multiple projects
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
