    • Channel Partners / Brokers

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES (WITH EXECUTION CLARITY)

  1. Expansion Strategy & Planning
  • Define city-wise expansion roadmap (Tier 1, 2, 3)
  • Identify high ROI micro-markets (dense residential, student zones, premium areas)
  • Decide cluster strategy (5–10 stores per city before next expansion)

  • Monthly Expansion Plan (City + No. of stores + model mix)
  1. Lead Generation Engine Ownership
  • Build multi-channel pipeline:
    • Webinars (education-based selling)
    • Digital campaigns (Meta, Google)
    • Franchise portals
    • Events & exhibitions
    • Referral & broker networks

  • Minimum 300–500 qualified leads/month
  1. Sales Funnel Management (MOST CRITICAL)

Full ownership of pipeline:
