About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Category Executive to support the
Category team in driving day-to-day operations, vendor coordination, and performance tracking.
This role is ideal for someone who is strong in execution, data handling, and coordination,
and wants to grow into a category management role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Category Operations Support
Assist in tracking daily sales, revenue, and margin metrics
Execute pricing updates, promotions, and discount changes on platforms
Maintain trackers for performance and profitability
2. Assortment & Catalog Management
Identify SKU gaps and support assortment planning
Manage product listings, images, and content updates
Assist in launching new products and subcategories
3. Vendor Coordination
Act as POC for vendor queries and follow-ups
Support onboarding (documentation, system setup)
Coordinate for stock availability and deliveries
4. Inventory & Supply Coordination
Track inventory levels and reduce out-of-stock (OOS) issues
Monitor slow-moving inventory and flag for clearance
Work with supply chain for better fill rates
5. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dashboards
Extract and analyze data for performance tracking
Share insights with the category team

Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of experience in E-commerce / D2C / Category Operations
Strong command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas)
Experience in Beauty / Personal Care preferred
High ownership and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good coordination and communication skills
