Position : Estimator
Total Exp: 2 Years
Location Ahmedabad

Time:  6PM to 3AM night shift

Objective:
Seeking a detail-oriented estimator with expertise in BIM and CAD technology to evaluate
project data, define the scope of work, and prepare comprehensive cost estimations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Review Project Data:
o Analyze project data to calculate hours and associated costs accurately.
2. Define Scope of Work:
o Clearly outline the scope of work, including specific deliverables and
assumptions.
3. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales and production teams to refine and ensure the project
is aligned with expectations.
4. Cost Estimation Preparation:
o Prepare detailed project calculations in Excel, including both inclusions and
exclusions, covering:
 Architecture, Structure, and MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and
Fire) services.
 Clash-calculations for coordination.
 Shop drawing calculations.

5. Cost Record Maintenance:
o Maintain thorough records of project costs and expenses.
o Prepare and present detailed project reports for stakeholders.

Skills Required:
 Modeling Experience:
o Expertise in transitioning from CAD to BIM and Scan to BIM, specifically in the
areas of Architecture, Structure, and MEPF.

 Task Management:
o Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
 Excel Proficiency:
o Strong knowledge of Excel for creating cost breakdowns, tracking progress, and
refining estimations.
