Machine Operator:


Responsible for operating and maintaining lab machines, ensuring accurate readings and smooth functioning of equipment.

• Machine Operation: Operate laser sawing machines, diamond polishing machines, and girdling lathes to cut and shape diamonds according to specifications.
• Setup and Calibration: Set up, calibrate, and adjust machine settings (speed, pressure) for optimal performance.
• Quality Inspection: Use magnifying tools (loupes) and precision measuring instruments (calipers) to inspect finished diamonds for defects, size, and cut accuracy.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts such as polishing wheels.
• Production Records: Maintain accurate records of production, including output numbers and material usage.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe workspace
