Position: Sr. Sales Executive / Assistant Manager – Diagnostic Sales
Location: Lucknow / Kolkata
Employment Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Science / Pharmacy preferred)
Experience: 1+years

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement sales strategies for diagnostic products to meet sales targets and expand market share.
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
* Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
* Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
* Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and sales meetings to promote products and represent the company.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies during the sales process.
* Develop and execute marketing plans for his/her territory
* Achieve territorial sales budget, profit and other targets set by management.
* Build and develop relationships with key opinion leading Doctor and hospitals in his/her territory.
* Work closely with doctor to ensure Plan and execute marketing campaigns including advertising, promotions etc.
* Gather market intelligence on competitor activity, trends and practices and communicate them to senior management.
* Report back to management on a regular basis on his/her activities, progress made and any issues or concerns he/she may have.
* Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2–5 years of experience in diagnostic / healthcare / medical sales
* Good understanding of territory sales and target achievement
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work in a target-driven field sales environment
* Experience in handling institutional / B2B healthcare clients is preferred.
